Reade Brilliant! Fires Perfect Game against Weathertop!

DAGORLAD - Events like this happen once in a decade. Matthew Reade was totally untouchable on July 19, displaying his great stuff against the Weathertop Witch Kings. He did not allow a single hit, fanning 10 while walking 0, and entered the record books with a perfect game--the first in SGCBL history.

To date Reade is putting together a respectable season from the rubber. He has made 20 starts, tossed 146 innings, struck out 137 batters, and walked 14. His won-lost record is 12-3, and he owns a 1.73 ERA. He has limited opposing teams to a .203 BA.
