Holfast Cotton nabbed the latest Shire Conference Player of the Week Award for his batting prowess this past week. Posting a hefty .444 average with 4 home runs, 11 RBI, and a .524 on base percentage, the 30-year-old is the toast of Rivendell right now.

Banging out base hits at a .229 rate, Cotton has chalked up 46 hits in 228 plate appearances in his 61 games this season. Among those numbers are 7 doubles, 2 triples, and 14 four-baggers, along with 29 runs scored and 42 runs batted in. He has also walked 25 times, stolen 2 bases, and fashioned a .320 OBP.
