Balrog Slayer of Misty Mountain Jolts Her Way to MC Batter of Month Award
When it came to hitting the baseball, Buffy *Balrog Slayer had few peers in the Mordor Conference during August. The first baseman for Misty Mountain mauled opposing pitchers for a .357 batting average and was voted the league's best batter for the month. Included in her stats were 14 homers, 24 runs scored and 33 batted in. Balrog Slayer also drew 5 walks and posted a .374 on base percentage.
Balrog Slayer has racked up 192 hits, 129 runs batted in, and 45 homers this year, and her batting average stands at .327. She has walked 28 times and put up a .355 OBP.
