Minas Tirith Third Baseman Granitehammer Voted Best SC Rookie This Season
In his apprentice season in the Shire Conference Carl Granitehammer put up some quality statistics to sew up the prestigious Frodo Rookie Award. This talented Minas Tirith third baseman carded an impressive .324 average at the plate with good power numbers: 80 RBI, 37 extra-base hits and 22 home runs. He played in 146 games, drew 75 bases on balls, scored 88 runs and fashioned a solid .410 on base percentage.
