Nadrierion headed to Bucklebury
BUCKLEBURY - Star infielder, Thudor Nadrierion, was traded by Ravenhill to the Fairies in a deal that was surely intended to relieve the Darkwings payroll burden. Nadrierion signed a 5-year deal in 2011 that guarantees him $14 million per season through 2016. In exchange for the possible Hall of Famer, Bucklebury gives up Edward Buskirk, a 25-year-old first baseman and 21-year-old pitcher, Visur Granitebrow.
Nadrierion was a star for the Isengard Raiders for the early part of his career before being traded to Rohan (now Ravenhill) in 2008. He made the Mordor All-Star team in 2006 and 2011 and was awarded a Legolas Fielder in 2007 for his work at second base. He has a lifetime .284 average with 239 HR, 827 RBI and 1418 Hits.
