MC Reveals Grey Havens First Baseman Gandulbo As Player of the Week

GREY HAVENS - Golligast Gandulbo stepped up to the plate in a big way last week, and today he took home Mordor Conference Player of the Week honors for his output in games ending Sunday. The Grey Havens first baseman ripped opposing pitchers for 10 hits in 24 at-bats, a sizzling .417 batting average. He added some power with 6 extra-base hits, including 4 home runs, to produce an impressive 1.444 OPS average.

During the present season, he has totaled 5 doubles, slammed no triples, and cleared the fence on 9 occasions. Gandulbo has played in 51 games, made 218 plate appearances, and banged out 47 base hits for a .242 batting mark. In addition, Gandulbo has logged 20 bases on balls and 4 stolen bases.
