Isengard shortstop Wins MC Batter of Month Award
ISENGARD - Ragnar *Stonecutter, Jr. was atop the Mordor Conference hit parade in May. The talented Isengard shortstop compiled a .420 average with 42 hits in 100 at bats. He also clubbed 2 doubles and 5 home runs on his way to being chosen the MC Batter of the Month. Included in his numbers were 7 extra-base hits, 24 runs scored, and 17 batted in.
*Stonecutter, Jr. has stroked 68 hits in 197 at-bats thus far into the campaign. He has banged 5 doubles and rifled 8 home runs. He has also registered 27 RBI and has a slugging percentage of .503.
