Pulley not a bounder
BYWTER - With a two day rest between games Lester Pulley barely bothered to change out of his uniform before heading to Forodwaith's home of depravity, Forochel. However Pulley didn't travel alone and assorted teammates were spotted running in and out of the mega-casinos littering the strip. The next day came confirmation that Pulley had given up his life as a bounder, and was now an honest man married to teammate and longtime sweetheart Lula Taralom.
The celebrations raged for hours with barely a Bounder missing. Even stoic Sir Ken made a brief appearance to pass on his congratulations to the couple, in a brief gaps between drinks Sir Ken exclaimed, "The kids really struck lucky having this gap in the schedule, when they told me their plans I just couldn't refuse their request. They're great kids and we're really proud to have them on the team, they recently agreed to stay with the team for ten years and now they've showed the world that they intend to stay together even longer."
The wedding comes after a bizarre few months with the couple featuring on the gossip pages of a few Shire publications. After so many rumours of a wedding down on the Minhiriath coast during the of-season some publically questioned the couple's commitment to each other. At times the couple looked uneasy with the publicity, including rows at the Ivy Bush and some analysts suggesting neither player was managing their top form this season, and although they'll be in the papers even more for a while coverage is expected to be much kinder. Certainly everyone in Bywater wishes the couple the best, and hopes their marriage and careers prove successful.
