Dunharrow Devils and Darkwings agree to trade

DUNHARROW - The Dunharrow Devils have parted ways with 31-year old starting pitcher Jerrolde Rector, sending him to the Ravenhill Darkwings for 33-year old starting pitcher Robert Tookes. The Devils general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement on July 28.

This season Rector has a 8-6 mark in 22 starts with a 4.77 ERA. He has given up 152 hits in 126.1 innings, struck out 99 and issued 20 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .294 batting average against him.

This year Tookes has compiled a 4-8 mark with a 4.95 ERA.
