Imredoc Gwildur ends speculation; signs with Old Forest
OLD FOREST - In what local scribes are hailing as huge, the Merry Fellows inked a $25,900,000 deal with first baseman Imredoc Gwildur on July 29.
Despite his lengthy injury, team officials expect Gwildur to fill an important role on the roster next season.
Before getting hurt in May, Gwildur was batting .313 with 8 home runs and 26 RBIs this season. He has walked 14 times, scored 22 runs and put up a .362 on-base percentage.
