Player of the Week Trophy to Bloodspear

The Player of the Week has been announced by the Shire Conference. The honor went to Balin Bloodspear, left fielder of the Minas Tirith Titans. He burned up the league with a .571 average to win the award. Bloodspear went 12-21 for the week, totaled 2 home runs with 5 RBIs and scored 8 times.

In his stats this season, Bloodspear has posted a batting average of .323 with 138 hits in 427 at-bats, 6 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has also scored 67 runs, walked 19 times, and compiled a .357 OBP.
