Super Week for Minas Tirith's Granitehammer!

Swinging a hot stick last week, Carl Granitehammer picked up the Shire Conference Player of the Week Award today.

The 22-year-old third baseman for Minas Tirith lashed 11 hits in 24 at-bats as he put together a .458 average with 3 home runs. Granitehammer also drove in 12 runs, scored 6 times and compiled a .517 OBP.

This year Granitehammer has 8 home runs and a .305 batting average.
