Shatai Githrarith Cracks 3 HRs for Wargs!

WILDERLAND - Fireworks exploded with regularity in the Wargs-Archers game on June 5, but it wasn't a match that set them off -- it was the bat of Shatai Githrarith.

He belted 3 home runs in an awesome display of sheer power.

In the 13-2 Wilderland victory Githrarith stunned the Archers pitching staff for 3 hits in 4 at-bats and knocked in 5 runs.

After the game, Githrarith said simply, "I saw everything they threw at me. Hitting was a piece of cake today...with lots of extra icing on it."

S. Githrarith hit a three-run home run off E. Bugbearshaker in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off D. Ratclaw in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off D. Ratclaw in the 7th and walked in the 9th.

In 2015 Githrarith has hit at a .286 clip with 44 hits, 9 home runs, 27 RBIs, 19 walks, .358 on-base percentage and has scored 22 times.
