MC's Premier Starter is Reade

Last month's cream of the crop was Matthew Reade of the Isengard Raiders. He captured the Mordor Conference Pitcher of the Month award for his mound performance in July.

Reade started 6 games, threw 46 innings and logged a 5-1 record. He put down 30 batters on strikes, walked 4, and compiled a 1.96 ERA. Enemy batters hit .232 against him.

This season to date, Reade has fashioned a 11-6 mark and 2.83 ERA in 143 innings. Opposing clubs are batting .246 against him and he has logged 110 strikeouts.
