Injury Takes Toll, Reade Out 6 Weeks

ISENGARD - After the end of the August 12th game between Isengard and Bucklebury, Matthew Reade skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, the Raiders had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The starting pitcher will miss at least 6 weeks with a back spasms.

So far this season Reade has compiled a 12-6 record with a 2.88 ERA.
