SC Player of the Week Awarded

Samwise Peatfingers of the Rivendell Royals was locked in all week as he bullied the Shire Conference pitchers he faced. Peatfingers put up some great numbers and hauled in the Shire Conference Player of the Week trophy.

He hit .417 with 4 home runs and 13 RBIs. The 32-year-old left fielder also scored 6 runs and for the week went 10-24.

In 120 games to date Peatfingers has hit at a .291 clip and produced 105 RBIs, 36 home runs and 74 runs scored.
