Gorgoroth Ghosts Win AA Championship Series

The Gorgoroth faithful were cheering in the streets on September 2nd, and the Eryn Lasgalen fans were crying in their beer -- The Ghosts won the League Championship Series. They clinched it by knocking off the Old Forests 2-0 to take their 2nd SGCBL Double A crown. Gorgoroth took the series 4-1.

"This club never gave up all year long. They believed they could win the title and they did," the victorious skipper told the press.

"We just didn't play well enough to win," the Old Forests manager lamented, "We just didn't make the big plays like they did."

On the way to the League Championship Series title Gorgoroth compiled a 95-25 won-loss record and finished first in the Durin League Division 1.
