Isengard's Buskirk MC Star of the Week

Isengard fans have something to crow about today as Isengard third baseman Edward Buskirk nabbed the Mordor Conference Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days.

"I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said Buskirk.

He posted a .500 average (10-20) this past week with 2 home runs, 2 RBIs, and 4 runs scored.

In this current campaign Buskirk is hitting at a .417 clip with 2 home runs and 6 RBIs. He has played in 13 games and scored 9 times.
