*Balrog Slayer Takes MC's Best Bat Award

Buffy *Balrog Slayer of the Misty Mountain Hops had a field day with Mordor Conference pitchers last month and was crowned the Batter of the Month as a result.

During May she compiled a .348 batting average, drove in 27 runs and scored 18 times. She also managed to pick up 5 walks to post a .374 on-base percentage.

So far this year *Balrog Slayer has 19 home runs and a .366 batting average.
