Bugrin Spinner Suffers Injury
EREBOR - Bugrin Spinner at first refused to leave the June 1st Carrock-Erebor game after he suffered back spasms while throwing a pitch. But his manager convinced him not to be foolish. "I'm a competitor," the feisty Erebor starting pitcher said. "I'll play through just about anything." Given time to reflect on the situation, he knew it was in his best interest to get immediate treatment. The injury is expected to keep Spinner out of action for 13 months.
In 2016 Spinner has posted a record of 2 wins and 7 losses with a 5.49 ERA. He has appeared in 13 games and struck out 67 in 80.1 innings.
