Mulder Rockets 3 HR Against Carrock
BREE - Teun Mulder believes in the Big Bang Theory.
He proved it June 5 by going deep three times against the Carrock Bears.
The heavy-hitting Bree left fielder added a lot of firepower and excitement to today's 28-2 win over the Bears.
Fans and foes alike are still buzzing about his standout performance at Bree-Land Ballpark.
He told reporters, "I've been working on my swing...trying to keep it short, compact and simple. It worked today."
For the game he had 4 hits in 7 at-bats, drove in 8 and scored 4 runs.
T. Mulder hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off M. Proudneck in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off D. Belil-Gariand in the 4th, grounded out in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off K. Elrarathien in the 7th and grounded out in the 8th.
This year Mulder is hitting .286 with 64 hits, 15 home runs, 49 RBIs and has scored 34 runs.
