Slayers Deal Steelshaper to Miners for Elderflower

MINAS MORGUL - The rumor has been going on for a while now, but today it was made official. The Minas Morgul Slayers sent 31-year old reliever Nark Steelshaper to the Moria Miners for 29-year old closer Elasta Elderflower.

Officials from both teams seem to be pleased with the deal.

In 19 relief appearances in 2016, Steelshaper has nailed down the victory 0 times for his club. In 24.2 innings he has fanned 17 batters and walked 9. His won-lost record is 4-2 with a 4.38 ERA.

For the year Elasta Elderflower has made 19 relief appearances and nailed down 2 saves. In 22.2 innings she has fanned 17 batters and walked 12. Her record is 2-2 with a 5.56 ERA and the opposition is batting .241 against her.
