Ladygrass Stands Out, Choice for Best Pitcher

There's no doubt that Miners starter Quinn Ladygrass earned her Shire Conference Pitcher of the Month award. She left absolutely no room for doubt as she mowed her way through the opposition in June.

During the month Ladygrass was 5-0 with a 1.62 ERA. She made 6 starts, tossed 50 innings and had 34 strikeouts.

In 17 starts this year Ladygrass has fashioned a 14-2 record and a 2.28 ERA.
