Best Player Award Caps Great Week

32-year-old third baseman Mim Marblerage of the Bucklebury Fairies is the talk of the Shire Conference for putting on a torrid hitting display last week and claiming the Player of the Week Award.

Marblerage rapped out a sensational .545 batting average with 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 3 home runs and 7 RBIs.

This year Marblerage is batting .267 with 20 home runs and 75 RBIs. In 95 games he has scored 58 times.
