SC's Best Player Named

MINAS TIRITH - All week long Phaiar Gàndir made the highlight reels and made headlines -- his name and face were everywhere. So it was no surprise to anyone when he was chosen the Shire Conference's Player of the Week for his standout performance.

Gàndir put up a solid set of stats, compiling a .591 average (13-22) and contributing 2 home runs and 7 RBIs to claim the honor.

In 2017 Gàndir has produced 100 hits in 344 at-bats for a .291 average with 24 home runs and gotten on base at a .355 clip.
