SC Star of the Week Chosen

Ralin Rockbinder had a week for the ages as he romped to the Shire Conference Player of the Week Award. The happy-go-lucky 37-year-old still plays ball like a kid, mashing and slashing as he goes.

The Bywater Bounders left fielder hit .476 last week as he chalked up 10 hits in 21 at-bats, 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 8 runs scored.

Rockbinder is presently hitting at a .284 pace with 16 home runs and 61 RBIs. He has played in 121 games and scored 72 times.
