Elimir Slaps 6 Hits

"Ever since I picked up my first bat my coaches were always saying to keep your eye on the ball, don't overswing... just make contact and ya never know what'll happen," Ravenhill's Elramli Elimir told reporters after the game. "That's all I did today. I made contact and it turned out well."

It definitely turn out well for Elimir today as he collected 6 hits in 6 at-bats against Lothlorien. It turned out well for his team, too, as the Darkwings knocked off the Lumberjacks 8-6 at The Ballpark at Helms Deep.

E. Elimir singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

This season Elimir is batting at a .328 clip with 11 home runs and 53 RBIs.
