Aluviel Has Hot Hand, Bangs 6 hits
History in the making. That's what the fans at Gap of Rohan Park at Caradhras got to see on September 29, when Misty Mountain outplayed the Uruk-hai 19-3. Tatharin Aluviel of the Hops came to the plate 6 times and came away with a dynamite day as he exploded for 6 hits against Dead Marshes.
In the postgame press conference the Dead Marshes skipper quipped to reporters, "Hey, we tried to get him out. We threw everything but the kitchen sink against him and he hit it. Maybe we should've thrown the kitchen sink."
T. Aluviel singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off V. Beavercleaver in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off W. Toothbelly in the 7th and walked in the 9th.
Thus far this season in 14 games Aluviel is batting .346 with 2 home runs, 6 RBIs and 5 runs scored. He has 9 hits in 26 at-bats.
