Silverbiter Week's Best Player

When it came to hitting the baseball, Mefur Silverbiter had few peers in the Shire Conference this past week.

The talented center fielder for Erebor tagged opposing pitchers for a .500 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 22 at-bats, 5 homers, 6 runs scored and 9 RBIs.

This year Silverbiter is hitting .331 with 11 home runs and 26 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .386 clip and scored 23 runs.
