For each Conference, list 5 players you wish to nominate as the Most Valuable Player. List them in descending order from the most favorite to the least. An e-mail with your lists will be generated and sent to the Commissioner's Office. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, and the form will return you to the main SGCBL News page.
