February Referrer Madness

Ack! I almost forgot to give out the February referrer props!!

There were 11019 unique visitors in the horrid month of February, for a total of 356,200 hits. This was down slightly from January for two reasons:

• February had three fewer days than January.
• February sucked ass.

1. A Small Victory – Her leap to the pinnacle of the pile is not surprising, as she is a nasty glory hound who has slept her way to the top. Or so her critics tell me.
2. Amish Tech Support – Rocketing from number 8 to number 2! I still can’t believe his site is on Blogger. Nobody can make that cookie cutter blog utility look that good.
3. Gnome-Girl – Chey has a way with words. Words like “baybee” and “mwah” mostly, but I’ll take ’em!
4. Too Much to Dream – I refuse to comment on her slippage from the Number One spot, because I don’t want to get hurt.
5. Flablog – If they finally save the Florida State Library, what will he have left to write about? Much, I trust.
6. The Gamer’s Nook – Seriously, it’s not too gamey over there at all. Not that I could smell tell anyway.
7. Ho Ho Holy Shit – Was this site featured in the news somewhere or something? Because I got swamped with hits from it in February. Very strange…
8. Anarchtica – Um, Eric? Whoo-hoo? Anybody home?
9. Rhapsody in Blog – Ooh! A new entry!! Since I don’t see the Ink Well on the page, I am assuming the hits are going to the What’s Not to Like? blog. Works fer me!
10. Random Ravings – Oooh. Down from Number Four. You’re slipping Brian. Get the lead out, fella.
11. Da Goddess – Joanie is Da Goddess. ’nuff said.
12. mtpolitics.net – He may be a member of the VRWC, but I’m easy. I’ll take hits from anyone. Besides I can’t resist the cool name – he’s from Montana and uses Movable Type. MTpolitics! Get it? Shaddap. I like it.
13. About D@mn Time – Actually, I got all the hits from http://www.excessbloggage.com/tracy/, which isn’t the right URL anymore. It’s http://www.aboutdamntime.net/, so I shouldn’t really count it, should I?
14. Daily Pundit – Another bunch of folks who tunneled into Solonor’s World via What’s Not to Like?.
15. Gratuitous Sax and Senseless Violins – Even if I didn’t love Skits, I’d find a way to put her on the list for the name of her blog alone.
16. Billegible – Thank God she finally found someone desperate intelligent enough to hire her. Now she can stop hanging around here all the time. Oh. Wait. She hasn’t been around here in weeks. Musta scared her off with my rapier wit.
17. Are You Hep to the Jive? – Yet another beautifully named blog. I *heart* Kevin Parrott. Even if he is on Blogspot…
18. Shattered Buddha – Oops. Did I just dis Blogspot again? Right before introducing my favorite Blogspotter, too. Oh, well. He’ll forgive me. I hope – since he now knows where I live… *gulp*
19. EveTushnet – Another upstanding America lover. Well, she might be sitting, I dunno.
20. On the Third Hand – The subtitle says it all – “Proud Members of the Brigade of Bellicose Women”. I know better than to razz MommaBear and Kathy Kinsley. My mama didn’t raise no fool. That happened later.

So, what I want to know is what happened to the Princess and the Dark Mistress? Where’s PromoGuy? Dandelion Wine? What about Dania and Statia and Chari? Or Mig and Brian?
