Nice to see that I know most of the Top Ten, still, even though I haven’t heard the show in years….

Damn, that list hasn’t changed much in years eh? The Vatican Rag is still there which is good. Can’t abide by Tom getting the boot. We need more comedic musicians methinks. If I hear The Scotsman one more time I’m gonna hurl. Although “Donald where’s your troosers” still rocks.

I miss Dr. Demento. I used to stay up late when I was like 11 to listen to him on Sunday nights. Dead Puppies is one of my all time favorites. As well as shaving cream and the little blue man. I wuv I wuv you I wuv you to bits said the little blue man, and scared me right out of my wits.

I gotta get out of the house more.

So I went to the Dr. Demento web site and tried to find a local station that plays his show and found this message:

(Note: Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific list of stations that actually air our show, due to the policy of the network that carries our program.)

Huh?!? A network that doesn’t want people to listen to the show? What’s up with that?

The palm of the RIAA must be greased, ya know… I’m surprised I can still get it on the web at WKIT.
