Footthrower Keeps Hit Streak Alive

Sunday, May 16th, 2038
The streak is alive and well — at least for today.

Prignash Footthrower did it again, bashing 2 hits in the contest at Amon Sul Stadium today. For the last 20 games in a row, the 29-year-old center fielder has collected at least one hit. His efforts helped the Dunharrow Devils beat the Weathertop Witch Kings 7-2 today.

“I’m happy I kept the streak going,” Footthrower told a standing-room-only crowd of reporters gathered in the Dunharrow clubhouse. “Honestly though, I’m looking forward to going home and not thinking about this for the rest of the day.”
Prignash Footthrower struck out in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 8th and flied out in the 9th.

Presently Footthrower is hitting .338 with 2 home runs and 12 RBIs. He has played in 39 games and scored 18 times.
