Raucous Bree-Land Ballpark Crowd Propels Cheese to 4-1 Victory; Series Tied at 1

The Bree Cheese topped the Lake Town Archers by the score of 4-1 and moved into a 1-1 tie in the Hobbit Series today. The largest share of the credit went to player of the game and Bree starter Sjors the Slobberer, who threw 6 innings allowing 1 run in the win.

Tied up with the Archers in the bottom of the fourth inning, the Cheese got a boost from first baseman Mororon Anulinde. With the bases empty, Anulinde saw a 1-1 changeup from Boof Felps and hit a solo home run to break the stalemate and put Bree on top, 2-1.

“We’ll enjoy this win,” said the Slobberer. “But there’s more we hope to accomplish.”

The next game is scheduled for Monday, October 11th, 2038 at Lake Town Park. The scheduled starters for the game are Phanra Grean for the Bree Cheese and Paul the Gru for the the Lake Town Archers.
