Corcorane Helps Belegost Cruise to 12-1 Win
The Belegost Destroyers beat the Angmar Red Dragons, 12-1, at Belegost Stadium. Pil-joong Corcorane, who is on pace for 122 RBI this season, starred for Belegost. He belted 2 home runs. He drove in 8 runs and scored twice. The Red Dragons, at 15-18, have lost 5 straight games.

With Belegost leading 8-1 in the bottom of the eighth, Corcorane came up to bat against Angmar pitcher Gamildriel Eliondel. Corcorane hit a fastball to left for a grand slam home run. His 4th home run of the season put the Destroyers on top, 12-1.

"This is one game in a long season," said losing manager Vrurag Ratbelly. "The sooner we can forget about it, the better."
