Seminoles Field was the site of an exciting ballgame between the Tirion Navigators and Angmar Red Dragons.

The Tirion Navigators topped the Angmar Red Dragons, 8-7, in Middle Earth Independent League action at Seminoles Field. The game was highlighted by the performance of Tirion pitcher Curt the Crazy Bastard. Tirion is 18-23 and Angmar, with the loss, 18-23.

With a runner on 2nd in the bottom of the ninth, Ban-ki Kafyrin delivered the knockout blow when he hit a run-scoring double to win it for Tirion. In the contest, Kafyrin was 2 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2.

"Really good pitchers have that ability to raise their game when they need to," said Tirion manager Lloyd Alexander.
