Wheat Kings Deal 89ers 5-3 Loss
The Rhun Wheat Kings picked up a win at 89ers Grove, knocking off the Cirith Ninniach 89ers, 5-3. Starting pitcher Eltaor Spellstalker was a big reason why. Picking up his 15th save was 32-year old left-handed pitcher Diamond the Bucklebury Ferry Driver. With the win, Rhun has a record of 27-23. Cirith Ninniach falls to 16-34.

Wawrzen Meirityn had a big 2-run home run for the Wheat Kings in the top of the first inning. With Rhun leading 1-0 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a splitter from Sorbul Toba, who is rated as the 91st best prospect by BNN, and punished it. The result was his 2nd home run of the season, which put the Wheat Kings on top, 3-0.

"Eltaor made some big pitches when he needed to," said Wheat Kings manager Trigkug Toecrusher.
