Lotho Madoc Willow knocked in 4 runs to help Minas Morgul beat Ravenhill, 4-2. The Deephallow, Hobbit Lands native tallied 1 single and 1 home run. Minas Morgul reliever Uzmir Saldona picked up the win, upping his record to 8-8. Anasuri Heartcutter absorbed the loss. With the win over Ravenhill, the Slayers improved to 53-57.

The game was all tied up in the bottom of the eighth, until Willow delivered big-time for Minas Morgul, stroking a dramatic 2-run single off Anasuri Heartcutter. The game-changing hit put the Slayers on top, 4-2.

"I thought we played a nice game," Willow told the Minas Morgul Times. "Good pitching, timely hitting, it was all there."
