The Ravenhill Darkwings picked up a win at Dol Guldur Stadium, knocking off the Dol Guldur Dragons, 6-5. On the mound for Ravenhill was right-hander Arnoldo Morlote. He played a key role in the triumph. Ravenhill currently is in last place in the Mordor Conference Goblin Division at 60-67.

Ravenhill needed the clutch hitting of Himmet Cholts to seal the deal. The shortstop swatted a solo home run in the top of the tenth inning to put the Darkwings on top, 6-5. For the game, Cholts had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"It was a test of wills," said Rark the Sly, the Ravenhill skipper. "I'm glad we came out of it with a win."
