The Karak Kadrin Slayers moved to within one game of the Championship today, downing the Narnia Badgers on the road at Badgers Ballpark by a score of 7-3. Slayers right-hander Magnus Willow had a strong outing. He threw 5.0 innings of shutout ball. The win gives the Slayers a 2-1 advantage in the best-of-5 League Series.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Wyn Durothil? The Karak Kadrin shortstop had a run-scoring single in the top of the fourth inning to put the Slayers on top, 2-0. For the game, Durothil had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.
