Pitcher Smabnag Fingertorturer was sensational for the Lake Town Archers in his team's 8-0 triumph over the Bucklebury Fairies. Fingertorturer earned the win. The Archers go to 68-66, putting them second in the Shire Conference Hobbit Division.

Fingertorturer, who dominated for Lake Town, earned the victory to move to 11-8. He was in control the whole game, scattering 3 hits over 7.1 innings, while striking out 9. Bucklebury batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

"It's easier to pitch when you get run support," said Fingertorturer.
