The Bywater Bounders could not turn a fine performance from pitcher Sokhdub Throatpoker into a win. Instead, the Lake Town Archers prevailed, 9-8. Throatpoker threw 5.2 innings of 2-hit ball. Lake Town reliever Burlok Drab was the winner. His record is now 3-1. The losing pitcher was Briblag the Mangler. Shyrrik MacMorran notched his 5th save in 6 chances.

Lake Town used the clutch hitting of Zudor Elimir to capture the win. The catcher drilled a 2-run double in the top of the eighth inning to give the Archers the lead, 9-8. For the game, Elimir had 1 single and 1 double in 5 at-bats.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Elimir.
