In a low-scoring contest between the Minas Ithil Wyrms and the Erebor Eagles, 23-year old right-handed pitcher Athanaric Eavesdropper proved to be the difference. The Minas Ithil right-hander earned props for his performance in the 3-1 Wyrms win. Reliever Dakguh Headmasher picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Obmak the Squealer, who is tied for 2nd in the SC in complete games with 3, took the loss. Adelaide Isadrielad recorded the save, making him 7 for 10.

Zobzugh Armcrawler had a critical at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for Minas Ithil. He came through with a 2-run single to put Minas Ithil in front, 3-0.

"It was a solid team effort," said Armcrawler after the game.

The Wyrms improved their record to 76-82 by beating Erebor.
