Coronda Now 12-10 After Beating Royals
Frugorn Coronda, who led the SC in strikeouts with 265 last year, was terrific for the Minas Ithil Wyrms in his team's 3-0 triumph over the Rivendell Royals. His performance earned Coronda rave reviews. The save went to Dubpug Malona, number 35 for him. The Wyrms improved their record to 77-83 with the win over Rivendell.

Coronda, who dominated for Minas Ithil, earned the victory to move to 12-10. He was in control the whole game, scattering 4 hits over 7 innings, while striking out 7. Rivendell batters could never bunch up enough hits to produce a rally.

Coronda said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
