The Erebor Eagles downed the Old Forest Merry Fellows, 3-1, at The Eyrie. Stellar pitching by Brobhosh Fouldeath had a lot to do with it. The right-hander handcuffed his opponent all game. Erebor is now 25-16, while Old Forest is 19-21.

Erebor designated hitter Largo the Dapper contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With two down, he hit a slider to center field for a run-scoring single. It was his 6th hit of the season and put the Eagles ahead, 3-1.

"I'm proud of the way we took care of business and got the 'W' today," the Dapper told the Erebor Today. "Whatever it takes."
