Hitchhikers Victorious at Star Fleet Academy, 4-2
The timely hitting of Mirin Oathcrusher helped the Intergalactic Hitchhikers down the Star Fleet Academy Cadets, 4-2. Oathcrusher went 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk for the Hitchhikers. Intergalactic pitcher Faraimli Rondonwyn got the win, upping his record to 4-1. Chomylla Arwidur got the loss. After today's action, Intergalactic sits at 24-16, while Star Fleet Academy falls to 15-26.

Intergalactic relied on the hitting of Yoo-ngan Hornblower to pick up the win. The first baseman ripped a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Hitchhikers on top, 3-2. For the game, Hornblower had 1 triple and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

Star Fleet Academy manager Gavin Underhill said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
