Rangers Better Crashlanders, 3-2

The Babylon Five Rangers and WeMadeIt Crashlanders completed their game despite the rain.
The Babylon Five Rangers got a marvelous performance from pitcher Darcassan Lomorfing. The left-hander kept the WeMadeIt offense from ever getting much traction. The result was an impressive 3-2 Babylon Five victory at Ballpark of Babylon Five. Lomorfing yielded 2 runs over 8 innings to notch the win. He scattered 6 hits, walked 2, and struck out 10. His record improves to 7-4. Blubkrut Riveva notched his 6th save in 8 chances.
Pansy Willowbottom had a big solo home run for the Rangers in the bottom of the third inning. With Babylon Five leading 2-0 and the bases empty, he sized up a changeup from 25-year old left-handed pitcher Denema Legariand and punished it. The result was his 12th home run of the season, which put the Rangers on top, 3-0.
"We had the game right there for the taking," said WeMadeIt manager Gandogast Thrandil. "But we decided not to take it."
The SciFi League Division 1-leading Rangers are 60-48.
