Rangers Earn Late 2-1 Win
Babylon Five got a first-rate effort from pitcher Obdig Metalhowler, who frustrated Intergalactic hitters en route to a 2-1 Rangers triumph at Ballpark of Babylon Five. Ushnug Ghoulslicer earned the win after being summoned from the bullpen. The left-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 1.1 innings. He upped his record to 4-2. The Rangers saw their win-loss record go to 35-29. At the same time, the Hitchhikers fell to 31-33.

Aulathar Elaril was the walk-off hero for Babylon Five. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Rangers center fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

Elaril said the team appreciates the support from the fans. "I'm glad we could reward them with a good win," he said after the game.
