Old Forest beat Rivendell at Shire Greens Stadium, eking out a 5-4 win. The triumph was primarily due to center fielder Iver Tussle. He went 4 for 5 with a home run, a triple, and 2 doubles, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The win went to Yosai Graber in relief, making him now 3-3. Skungash Weaselfang took the loss for Rivendell. With the win, Old Forest has a record of 44-30. Rivendell falls to 41-34.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Tussle hit a fastball from Skungash Weaselfang for a solo home run. The Merry Fellows, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
