Neuromancers Rally Late to Clip Serenity Valley
The Chiba City Neuromancers topped the Serenity Valley Fireflies, 6-5, at Chiba City Park. Chiba City left fielder Rarpug Giantchoker was a spark plug for the offense. He went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The Neuromancers improved to 37-51.

The game was decided with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Chiba City trailing 5-4, Giantchoker jumped on a fastball from 33-year old right-handed pitcher Mihangyl Dridersmasher and hit a 2-run home run to left. With one swing, the Neuromancers had a walk-off win.

Giantchoker said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
